How to use your GPS ID to Log In
Unlike office staff, store employees often don't have a Lidl email address. Instead, you must log into the portal using your 8-digit personnel number, also known as your GPS ID. This is your unique identifier. You can find this number printed on any of your older payslips, or your line manager can look it up for you on the internal system.
My Lidl vs We Are Lidl
It is very common to mix up Lidl's internal apps. We Are Lidl is the company's news, communications, and social app. It is a great resource, but it is not where your payroll lives. To view your payslips and employment documents, you must navigate to the My Lidl app or the dedicated login portal.
Final Payslips by Post
Because access to the digital portal is tied to your active employment status, Lidl will revoke your digital access shortly after your last working day. This means you will not be able to log in to download your final payslip or P45. Lidl will automatically print and mail these final documents to the home address they have on file for you.
