How to View Your Payslip (OneAsda & SD Worx)

Asda has transitioned its payroll system to SD Worx. You can no longer access payslips directly through the old Walmart One portal.

1. Go to the OneAsda portal or the dedicated SD Worx login page.
2. Enter your Asda credentials (your colleague ID and password).
3. Click on the Pay & Benefits or SD Worx Payslips icon.
4. From here, you can view your current four-weekly payslip, download PDFs of past payslips, and access your P60 at the end of the tax year.

Tip: If you're a new starter, it can take up to a week for your HR profile to fully sync with the SD Worx payroll system.

Common Asda Payslip Additions

Basic Pay

Your normal contracted hours. Because Asda pays 4-weekly, you should see exactly 4 weeks' worth of contracted hours here, paid at your standard hourly store rate.

Overtime

Any additional hours you worked beyond your core contract. Make sure you check this against your clock-in machine records, as overtime is the most common payroll error.

Location Allowance / Weighting

If you work in an Asda store inside the M25 or in Central London, you receive a supplementary hourly weighting allowance to help with the higher cost of living in the capital.
